The Monterey Insight Analytics Portal is built on Microsoft technology. Some clients have strict firewall rules that block access to the solution resulting in basic authentication issues and not loading the Power BI reports:
- Cannot authenticate to https://portal.montereyinsight.com; and/or
- Once authenticated, cannot load Power BI reports

- Power BI embedded reports require third-party cookies.
- Instructions vary by browser, but generally:
Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data → Allow all cookies or block third-party cookies in exceptions → add: https://api.powerbi.com

https://*.azurewebsites.net
Disable Browser Extensions Temporarily
- Ad blockers or privacy extensions can prevent reports from loading.
- Try disabling them temporarily and reload the page.
